Delivery period
Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday (no dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Monday).
Orders placed by noon are dispatched the same day; orders placed in the afternoon are dispatched on the next business day as a guide.
Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of order confirmation.

While we take every care with quality, if an item arrives damaged or defective, or differs from your order, we will arrange a return and refund or an exchange.

Return shipping and the cost of re-sending an exchanged item are borne by us.
Return shipping policy
Please always contact us before returning an item. We will advise the return address and method, and ask you to send the item with the shipping charges to be paid by us on receipt (freight collect). If an item is sent without prior contact, we may be unable to process it.
