In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “this store” refer to SMOOTHY LAND, operated by World One Beauty Co., Ltd. SMOOTHY LAND operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). SMOOTHY LAND is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms of service, together with all policies referenced within them (the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, so please read them carefully.

In any of the following cases, we may decline all or part of an order, and may cancel the order or terminate the contract of sale even after the order has been formed.

(4) Where use for the purpose of resale, or other use in breach of these Terms, is identified
(5) Where there is an obvious error in the price or other display due to a system fault or similar
(6) Where we otherwise reasonably determine that it is not appropriate to accept the order

Article 4 – Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and is stated in the order confirmation email. Displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax. They do not include shipping, handling fees, duties or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at this store. You agree to promptly update information such as your email address, credit card number and expiry date so that transactions can be completed and we can contact you as necessary.

Article 5 – Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and we do not guarantee a date or time of arrival.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, circumstances affecting the carrier, or other causes not attributable to us. In such cases we are not liable for the delay, except where we have acted intentionally or negligently.

Where a product cannot be delivered and is returned to us for reasons attributable to you — such as an incorrect delivery address, prolonged absence, or refusal to accept delivery — the cost of re-delivery may be borne by you.

Article 6 – Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled in accordance with the conditions on returns and refunds set out in the Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, or cancellations after an order is confirmed. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, return shipping and the cost of re-sending an exchanged item are borne by us.

Article 7 – Intellectual property

All content included in the Services (text, images, logos and so on) belongs to us, our affiliates or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Article 8 – Relationship with Shopify

The Services operate on a platform provided by Shopify.

The seller of the products in this store, and the party to the contract of sale, is World One Beauty Co., Ltd. Shopify is not a party to the contract of sale.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
