Dispatch schedule

・Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday.
・No dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
・Orders placed by noon are dispatched the same day; orders placed in the afternoon are dispatched on the next business day as a guide.
*Dispatch may take longer than usual during extended closures such as the year-end/New Year period and Golden Week, or due to a concentration of orders, weather, disasters, traffic conditions, stock availability, or other unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Estimated time to dispatch

・Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of order confirmation.

Shipping fee

All areas except Hokkaido: flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included)
Hokkaido: 1,500 yen (tax included)
Shipping is free for orders totalling 33,000 yen (tax included) or more.
*We are unable to deliver to Okinawa.
